•Provides technical support of hardware, systems, subsystems, and/or applications for customers and employees
•Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates IT systems operations
•Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct common failures and support of PCs and applications Qualifications:
•Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
•Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
•Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
